Two year legal battle, $300k for woman to keep kids in NZ
It took two years and more than $300,000 in legal fees for a woman to win the right to keep her kids in New Zealand. She was one of many women forced back to Australia to contest the international Hague Convention. Now, she wants to speak out about the discriminatory way Australia treats New Zealand citizens, and help bring about changes to prevent more women going through what she has. RNZ's Ben Strang has the story.
