Economists see relief in sight for first home-buyers

First home-buyers could soon find it a little easier to get into the market if the Reserve Bank goes ahead and eases lending rules as some economists are predicting. After first loosening the loan-to-value ratio restrictions a year ago, the central bank has signalled it will review the requirements as part of its Financial Stability Report out on Wednesday morning.
