UK, EU reach draft Brexit agreement

The United Kingdom and the European Union have reached a draft agreement on post-Brexit relations. UK Prime Minister Theresa May met with the EU President Jean-Claude Juncker in Brussels on Thursday night (NZ time). EU leaders will meet to consider the political declaration and the UK's Brexit plan at a special summit in Brussels on Sunday. James Rothwell is The Telegraph's Brexit correspondent.
