Hauraki Gulf clean-up plan resurrected

A sweeping plan to clean up and protect the Hauraki Gulf that's languished in a drawer for two years is being dusted off and will be put into action. The Conservation Minister, Eugenie Sage, is set to announce this morning she's forming a ministerial advisory committee to put the Sea Change Plan into effect.
