Govt's tertiary fees-free policy a 'failure' - Paula Bennett
The Education Minister, Chris Hipkins, says low take-up of his party's no-fees teritary education scheme on high employment. The policy offers students a year of free tertiary education. But National is dubbing the scheme a failed election bribe, pointing to figures showing tertiary enrolment down by 2400 students from a year ago.
