EU Brexit negotiator calls Theresa May's deal 'fair, balanced'

UK Prime Minister Theresa May has addressed lobby group the Confederation of Business Industry, selling her EU withdrawal agreement to major business leaders. Meanwhile Ministers from across the European Union including the United Kingdom have met in Brussels discuss the details of Ms May's Brexit deal, ahead of its signing this weekend. EU Brexit Negotiator Michel Barnier told the BBC he's pleased Ministers have supported the draft withdrawal agreement, and no one should lose sight of the progress that's been made. Negotiations will now focus on a political declaration of the post-Brexit relationship with the EU and UK. Jack Parrock is our correspondent in Brussels. He talks to Guyon Espiner.
