West Coast remembers Pike River Mine disaster

As the eighth anniversary of the Pike River disaster is marked on the West Coast today, Pike Recovery Minister Andrew Little says the families of of the 29 men killed are due a government apology. RNZ reporter Conan Young is in Hokitika. He tells Guyon Espiner what's planned for the day.
