Dunedin's future plan prepares for climate change

Dunedin City Council has unveiled its plans to cope with future growth and climate change in the city. On Wednesday morning decisions about the city's second-generation district plan have been released to the public. Our Otago-Southland reporter Timothy Brown has been reading the reports.
