Eco-friendly project divides Bay of Plenty locals

Some locals in the small sea-side community of Pukehina in Bay of Plenty are concerned a proposed eco-friendly village could have a big impact on the area. Public submissions on the the Matuku Moana development project have opened at the Western Bay of Plenty District Council. Its promoters bill it as a groundbreaking new way to live but as Matt Chatterton reports, not everyone likes the idea.
