Saudi prince speaks publicly after Khashoggi killing

The Saudi Crown Prince has made his first public speech since the killing of Jamal Khashoggi (kha-shok-gee) at the Saudi consulate in Istanbul. Caitlin McGee is our correspondent for TRT World in Istanbul. She talks to Philippa Tolley.
