Australian govt loses majority in Parliament

Australia's coalition government has lost its one-seat majority after this weekend's by-election. The independent Kerryn Phelps has won what she calls a 'David and Goliath struggle' in Wentworth, formerly the seat of the ousted Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull. Our correspondent in Australia is Kerry-Anne Walsh. She talks to Susie Ferguson.
