Police disciplinary action numbers very low - Chris Cahill

The police union says it's naive to think the New Zealand police is immune from workplace sexual harassment. Police Association president Chris Cahill told our reporter Katie Scotcher that no-one's ever going to say the environment is perfect but there's been real change since the Royal Commission of Inquiry into Police Conduct, a scathing report more than a decade ago led by Dame Margaret Bazley.
