Lundy looks to Supreme Court after Appeal dismissal
The convicted double murderer Mark Lundy wants to take his bid for freedom all the way to the Supreme Court. Lundy has twice been found guilty of murdering his wife and daughter, first in 2002 and then, after a retrial, in 2015. The Court of Appeal on Tuesday upheld those convictions. Lundy's lawyer Jonathan Eaton QC says his client is very disappointed and will inevitably ask the Supreme Court to review the decision. Chris Gallavin is a law professor and deputy pro vice-chancellor at Massey University. He's been following the case since the beginning and talks to Guyon Espiner.
