Govt's tertiary fees free policy wrong priority - Nikki Kaye
The National Party says the government is wrong to put its no-fees tertiary policy ahead of better pay and conditions for primary and secondary school teachers. Nikki Kaye is National's education spokesperson. She joins Guyon Espiner in the Auckland studio.
