Trump's boast at UN draws laughter

US President Donald Trump has addressed world leaders at the United Nations General Assembly, but he didn't get off to the start he might have hoped. His boast about his administration's accomplishments drew laughter from delegates. Mr Trump then turned to the rest of the world, where his toughest words were directed towards Iran, whose regime he said was bringing death and destruction.
