New York in lockdown for UN general assembly

The United Nations General Assembly is about to kick off in New York with the city going into lockdown for the event. Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern arrived in Manhattan yesterday for a week of meetings, speeches and high-profile media events. RNZ deputy political editor Chris Bramwell is at the United Nations.
