Horrific stories revealed of child soldiers in DRC
Aid agency World Vision has uncovered horrific stories of child soldiers forced to fight in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Children as young as five have joined armed militias engaged in a conflict that spread through the region of Kasai in 2016 and 2017. Anne Marie Connor is World Vision's country director in the Democratic Republic of Congo. She tells Kim Hill there is hope the upcoming election will bring a period of stability to Kasai.
