Court action 'only way to get change' - Diane Moody

An elderly Auckland mother is taking her severely disabled son to court for failing to be a good employer. Diane Moody wants the Employment Court to declare her son Shane Chamberlain isn't capable of employing her. She says she is reluctant to go to court, but she has no choice because its the only way to change the system. Catherine Hutton reports.
