In the US, Hurricane Florence could still cause more destruction. Despite being downgraded to a "tropical depression" overnight relentless rainfall is the real danger for the Carolinas as North Carolina governor Roy Cooper told a press briefing a few hours ago.
Florence has already killed 14 people in two states, including several in flash flooding and rescue groups are scrambling to save hundreds of people still trapped by rising floodwater. Susie Ferguson talks to US correspondent Harry Horton.
