NZ First contracts breached Parliament rules - Nick Smith

Winston Peters says he had a lapse of memory and has taken back his claim all NZ First party members had signed a contract that would require them to pay a $300,000 fine if they are expelled or resign from the caucus but stay on in Parliament.
