'Veil of silence' on Samoa's domestic violence

A commission of inquiry in Samoa has found one in five women is raped and 90 percent of people experience domestic violence. The commission's slammed the government for not doing enough to address the issue. RNZ Pacific's Dominic Godfrey has read the report, he talks to Alex Perrottet.
