UK-Russia relations tense as Skripal attack suspects named

The UK has charged two Russian men for the Novichok nerve agent attack against a former spy and his daughter. Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia were poisoned in March in the Salisbury. Speaking to the commons Mrs May said the poisoning was "almost certainly" approved at a senior level of the Russian state. Sir Tony Brenton is the former British ambassador to Russia.
