Nigel Farage's fans greeted by boos, cheers at Auckland event

Ticket holders who showed up to Nigel Farage's speech in Auckland last night were met by screaming protesters. The former Ukip leader spoke at Auckland's Pullman Hotel as part of a week-long visit to Australia and New Zealand. Protesters camped outside the hotel entrance, shouting "shame" and "traitor" at anyone who entered. RNZ reporter Anneke Smith was there.
