Roll out of HIV drug not fast enough

Health researchers are warning the roll out of a pill that prevents people catching HIV isn't happening fast enough, compromising its potential. The findings, funded by the AIDS Foundation, were published in the New Zealand Medical Journal today. New Zealand became one of the first countries in the world to publicly fund PrEP in March 2018, for gay men or transgender people who meet the eligibility criteria.
