Labour summer camp assault report won't be revealed

A victim who complained of being sexually assaulted at a Labour Party summer youth camp says they are appalled the party is withholding a report into the incident. The party's president, Nigel Haworth, says all the recommendations from the report will be implemented. But the report itself will not be made public.
