Business leaders discuss economy, government

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern admitted on Monday that sagging business confidence has become a "big, flashing neon sign" and needs addressing. But at the same time, the chief executive of Westpac, David McLean, is warning against business leaders talking themselves into a self-fulfilling spiral of gloom. Is that a real risk and what are the implications? We're joined by Sharon Zollner, ANZ's chief economist, and Grant Webster, chief executive of the country's largest campervan rental company, Tourism Holdings.
