Whanganui gang shooting: Peace talks begin
Peace talks between the Black Power gang and community leaders in Whanganui have begun. They come just a day after the tangi of gunned down Mongrel Mob member Kevin Ratana, who was shot outside a home on Puriri Street early last week. She discusses the latest developments with Guyon Espiner.
