Google search could jeopardise fair trial in murder case

Two defendants in a high profile murder case are claiming their right to a fair trial will be compromised if one of them loses their name supression. Both have been convicted of crimes individually in the past, but are due to stand trial together for murder. One will lose name suppression when the trial starts, but one of the defendant's lawyers says when you Google their name, a news story about a crime committed by the other accused shows up.
