Claims new tenancy laws could lead to rent hikes

Property investors are sounding the alarm over a proposal they say could lead to landlords hiking rents more frequently. The Housing Minister Phil Twyford has put forward a series of proposed changes to the Residential Tenancies Act, which he says will finally make things easier for renters.
