Public sector bosses may be better off under new contracts

Some public sector bosses could end up better off under their new contracts despite being stripped of their performance bonuses. On Tuesday, the government announced an end to performance pay for most chief executives in the public service - but a Cabinet paper shows some may end up being paid more overall.
