Justice system reform 'personal' - Kelvin Davis

Corrections Minister Kelvin Davis wants to change the law to address institutional racism, and reduce the number of Maori going to prison. The government's Criminal Justice Summit kicks off tonight at Parliament, and gets into full swing in Porirua. RNZ political reporter Gia Garrick spoke to Kelvin Davis about his hopes for change ahead of the summit.
