Govt must put money where mouth is - builders

The construction industry says the government better put its money where its mouth is regarding unfair contract negotiations. The government announced it's cracking down on its ministries and agencies finding the cheapest possible option for construction contracts. The industry is suffering financially because of low priced contracts. Anthony Leighs of Leighs Construction in Christchurch discusses the issue with Guyon Espiner.
