Primary teachers prepare for first strike in decades

At least 28,000 teachers and principals are going on strike on Wednesday, forcing the closure of most of the country's primary and intermediate schools. They are holding rallies in towns and cities across the country in a bid to persuade the government to improve its pay offer.
