'Relief' as ANZ bank scraps sales targets

An ANZ worker says there was enormous relief yesterday when the bank announced an end to front-line sales targets. The union for many banking workers says the move could mark the beginning of the end of a pervasive sales-driven culture in the New Zealand banking sector.
