Prosecutors say England cricketer Ben Stokes was "provocative and offensive" and in an "angry state of mind" before an alleged fight in Bristol last year and unsuccessfully tried to bribe a nightclub bouncer to allow him and teammate Alex Hales entry after lockout, which enraged him.
