US firefighters desperate for NZ reinforcements

United States firefighters say they're desperate for the arrival of international help including a team of New Zealanders who are enroute to help fight fires ravaging parts of California and Oregon. The 36 men will undergo orientation in Boise, Idaho, before heading to the fire front, which has been described as "extreme". Alex Perrottet speaks with Mike Ferris from the National Inter-agency Fire Center in Boise, who is coordinating the effort. He describes the situation.
