Hunter Valley access dispute: Matt Lauer's lawyer responds

The Walking Access Commission says despite claims by Matt Lauer that only a handful of people have been denied access to his Hunter Valley Station more than that have not been allowed to use the road through his property. Matt Lauer told Checkpoint that he has enabled people to use the access road. And he does have concerns because access could impact the land's value.
