Dunedin eyes up waterfront development plan

A grand plan to boost Dunedin's fortunes with an ambitious waterfront development now hinges on an $800,000 feasibility study and business case. The government has allocated the money from its Provincial Growth Fund. Now consultants will look at the feasibility of replacing the harbour's wharves and building new developments including a hotel and conference centre, and a marine education centre. Dave Cull is the Mayor of Dunedin. He talks to Philippa Tolley.
