Warning of further deaths without caregiver boost

From Morning Report, 8:14 am on 19 July 2018

A paediatrician is warning of possible deaths if funding for caregivers is not improved. Auckland doctor Rosemary Marks reviewed the case of a severely autistic and intellectually disabled 21 year-old, who was murdered by her mother in 2016. Dr Marks believes poorly funded caregiver services had a bearing on the case. She talks to Guyon Espiner.
