Watch Alien Weaponry's new video here.

What happens when RNZ meets thrash metal? The answer is a hit song - and now a new video - from Northland group Alien Weaponry. The track, 'Whispers', samples RNZ's Kim Hill interview with former Act Party leader Don Bras and his complaints about RNZ's use of te reo Māori. The song also talks about the foreshore and seabed and the TPPA

The album is called, Tu, and became the first ever number one album in te reo Māori last month. Now the group - two 15-year-olds and a 17-year-old from Waipu - are about to embark on a tour of Europe , where they'll be playing some of the world's biggest metal festivals.
