Too many senior cops quitting - Police Association

The police association is warning the government's target for hiring more officers is under huge pressure because too many front-line staff are leaving. The attrition rate is just over 500 officers a year and the association's president Chris Cahill says most of them hold senior positions. The government wants to recruit 18-hundred more police over the next three years.
