National questions first Provincial Growth Fund deal

National says the first cab off the rank from the government's billion dollar Provincial Growth Fund is a dodgy deal. It says the Ngati Hine Foresty Trust is a private trust and is set to make a killing off the six million dollar deal it's entered into with the Crown. The trust's chairman, Pita Tipene talks to Gyles Beckford.
