Electric cars essential for NZ carbon neutral goal - Shaw

If New Zealand is to meet its pledge to be carbon neutral by 2050, nearly all of the country's cars will have to be electric or another form of zero-emission vehicle. That's according to the Climate Change Minister James Shaw. But the Opposition says the Government doesn't appear to making any meaningful steps toward the goal. Craig McCulloch reports.
