Andrew Little discusses criminal justice reform

Former National MP and police officer Chester Borrows has been picked to head the government's criminal justice review. The new criminal justice advisory group's been asked to come up with ways to keep people out of prison and to stop reoffending. It's being set up ahead of a summit on the criminal justice system in August. Justice Minister Andrew Little talks to Gyles Beckford.
