Golriz Ghahraman questions NZDF planes' 'war-making capability'

The Green Party is questioning the need for weapons on the four maritime patrol aircraft the government has announced it will buy. Defence Minister Ron Mark confirmed on Monday the $2.3 billion purchase of the aircraft from the United States. Golriz Ghahraman is the Green Party's defence spokesperson. She talks to Guyon Espiner.
