Why was Sir Robert Chambers' name removed from his memorial?

From Morning Report, 6:17 am on 9 July 2018

The Justice Minister says he'll be asking questions of his officials after the name of a Supreme Court judge was removed from his own memorial. Justice Sir Robert Chambers died suddenly five years ago aged 59 and the government announced a memorial garden would be built at the Auckland High Court. The more than $300,000 memorial was unveiled in March but a short time later it was fenced off and covered up. When the covers finally came off at the weekend a marble plinth had been replaced and the judge's name was gone. The widow, Lady Deborah Chambers QC says it's an insult to Sir Robert's memory and the original design needs to be restored. Justice Minister Andrew Little spoke to RNZ reporter Tom Furley.
