Millions of people in Mexico are heading to the polling booths to vote in a new president - amidst a campaign marred by some of the worst political violence in the country for decades. At least 130 candidates and political workers have been killed since September last year. Our correspondent in Mexico City is Jo Tuckman. She talks to Guyon Espiner.
