Gone Fishing: Private investigator to look at Gail Maney case

From Morning Report, 8:45 am on 28 June 2018

The private investigator who helped clear Teina Pora of rape and murder charges says he may get involved in the case of Gail Maney. Maney spent 15 years in jail and is now on parole after being given a life sentence for ordering the murder of West Auckland man Deane Fuller-Sandys. In the podcast series Gone Fishing - a joint production between RNZ and Stuff - she maintains her innocence and says her story hasn't changed since being arrested in 1997. We talk to private investigator Tim McKinnel.
