Numbers of stroke sufferers to rise - report

New research is predicting a big jump in the numbers of people suffering strokes in the next 10 years. The University of Otago study suggests stroke rates in New Zealand will increase by 40 per cent by 2028. Dr Anna Ranta, from the University of Otago, Wellington, is the study's author.
