Tensions in EU ahead of immigration summit

There are new signs of tension and divisions among European Union countries ahead of an emergency meeting on Sunday to thrash out new policies on immigration. This mini-summit comes a week ahead of a full EU meeting on the issue. Italy will now attend after threatening not too, but Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia won't take part. Kevin Ozebek is our correspondent in Brussels. He tells us that it is "make or break" time for the EU.
